These terms govern your use of stylemart.home ("the site"), operated by StyleMart Home Trading L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence DED 1136841, VAT 100384721900003). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

All prices on the site are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at 5% where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery timings are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control. Where delivery is delayed by more than 14 working days past the upper bound of the estimate, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Promotional codes

Discount codes issued through our cart-recovery sequences are single-use and attached to the specific cart that triggered them. Codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, editorial writing, brand marks, and the site design — is the property of StyleMart Home Trading L.L.C. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability to any individual customer for any single order is capped at the total amount paid for that order, except where higher liability is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
