Ordering

Do you ship outside the GCC?: Within our region we ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Pakistan. Elsewhere, we can sometimes arrange a bespoke courier quote — please email hello@stylemart.home.
Is my cart saved if I leave the site?: Yes, for seven days. If you've signed in, it syncs across devices. If you've just entered your email at checkout, we'll remind you via email; if you've opted in to WhatsApp, we may nudge you there too.
Can I amend my order?: If your order hasn't been packed, yes. Email us within two hours of placing it. Past that, we may not be able to catch it at the warehouse.

How fast is UAE delivery?: 1–3 working days to any UAE address. Most Dubai orders arrive the next working day.
Do you deliver to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait?: Yes — 3–7 working days for KSA, 4–7 for Kuwait. Customs are handled by our fulfilment partner and included in the shipping fee.
Do you deliver to Pakistan?: Yes, via our Karachi fulfilment DC. Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore usually within 3 working days; smaller cities up to 7.

What is your returns policy?: 14 days from receipt, with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Hygiene exclusions apply to bed linen once opened, used bath mats, and used food-contact items.
Do you cover return shipping?: We cover it if the item is damaged on arrival or shipped incorrectly. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long do refunds take?: Refunds are processed within three working days of receiving the return. Bank timelines vary — we typically see the amount land in 5–10 days.

How do I care for French linen?: Wash at 30°C. Tumble dry on low, or line dry. No fabric softener. It softens with use — that's the point.
How do I care for solid brass?: Wipe with a dry cloth. If you prefer a high shine, buff with a dry microfibre. Avoid polishing compounds — they strip the patina.
Do your candles burn cleanly?: Yes — coconut wax blend, cotton wick, no paraffin. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn for the cleanest flame.

Do you publish your suppliers?: In part. We name thirteen workshops on the About page. A handful ask not to be named for commercial reasons and we respect that.
Is your packaging recyclable?: Yes — corrugated kraft board, paper tape, recycled tissue. No plastic mailers. Breakables are padded with corrugated inserts, not bubble wrap.
Are you FSC-certified?: All our oak is FSC-certified. Walnut and teak are sourced from kiln-dried US suppliers with chain-of-custody documentation.
