Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. We cover return shipping when an item is damaged on arrival or shipped incorrectly; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Hygiene exclusions apply to opened bed linen, used bath mats, and used food-contact items.
To start a return, email hello@stylemart.home with your order number. Fatima will issue a return authorisation within one working day.
Damaged on arrival
If a package arrives damaged, please photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within one working day.
Customs & duties
Shipping rates include customs clearance for all destinations on the table above. You will not be asked for additional duty at delivery.
